Another government official is admitting that London terror alerts are fake. Former British Ambassador Craig Murray (not some conspiracy nut) says the alleged transatlantic liquid bomb plot is staged-managed propaganda on behalf of Bush and Blair - who yearn for a “new 9/11” to absolve them of domestic political trouble.
Murray previously blew the whistle on how the British government was using evidence obtained from torture in Uzbekistan - inflicted on its population US-funded regime of Islam Karimov - the dictator who likes to boil people alive.
Murray questions the intent and capability of the alleged terrorists to carry out the attack and offers the likelihood that evidence of the plot was obtained through torture in Pakistan.
“None of the alleged terrorists had made a bomb. None had bought a plane ticket. Many did not even have passports, which given the efficiency of the UK Passport Agency would mean they couldn’t be a plane bomber for quite some time,” says Murray
“In the absence of bombs and airline tickets, and in many cases passports, it could be pretty difficult to convince a jury beyond reasonable doubt that individuals intended to go through with suicide bombings, whatever rash stuff they may have bragged in internet chat rooms.”
“Then an interrogation in Pakistan revealed the details of this amazing plot to blow up multiple planes - which, rather extraordinarily, had not turned up in a year of surveillance. Of course, the interrogators of the Pakistani dictator have their ways of making people sing like canaries. As I witnessed in Uzbekistan, you can get the most extraordinary information this way. Trouble is it always tends to give the interrogators all they might want, and more, in a desperate effort to stop or avert torture. What it doesn’t give is the truth.”
Murray describes the alert as “more propaganda than plot,” and points out that of all the Muslim terror suspects who have been charged, 80% have been acquitted and only 2% have ever been convicted on offenses related to terrorism.

Amazing... so 9/11 was all staged.. !! Why'll anyone stage his own downfall? 9/11 prompted Bush to send armies to Afghanistan and Iraq and Iraq is one blunder that'll haunt repuplicans ever.

And your arab and al qaeda masters have said that they were very proud of the 9/11 attack but you still don’t believe it was done by muslims.
WMD was a political excuse to attack Iraq sicne they could not find a connection with 9/11. But if they are so good at faking stuff, why not fake the 9/11 connection and presence of WMD’s in Iraq?

Like most brits i have trouble believing any of this, unless we get some concrete evidence regarding those arrested. Its all too easy to release their names and nationality, but with due respect that is not counted as evidence.
Whether the gov/cops were acting on intelligence or not, from their past behaviour, a majority of those targeted are often released without charge, and they dissapear quietly back into society where their names have beeen tarred for good and people continue to look on at them as suspects.
Countless times this goverment has been proven wrong or to have incorrect 'intelligence', from anthrax issue, to iraq WMD, moazzam beg in gitmo, the big heathrow scare, to the killing off the brazillian Jean Charles de Menezes, to the recent shooting of abdul kahar in east london, they've been proven wrong each time. The public seems to have lost trust in this gov and the police force and it'll take a while before they take anything from gov seriously..
What we see now is every time something major like this happens, the public and the media tend to laugh it off as another one of those government stunt..and this time around its no different either.
i recall one of the titles after the aeroplane scare, was, 'The boy who cried wolf'. Pretty apt for describing the situation here.
