Re: FORMANITES - Attention please

Formanites . . . yay.. I am one :dhimpak:

did my intermediate from there 1999-2001

we had most of our classes in Bulding N and P. I really miss my F.C college days :bummer:

Economics Dept. eh? :hmmm: was that opposite the library or next to the admin building?

I heard so much about the change F.C has been through in last few years .. privatisation, admin change, fee structure, courses and security arrangements etc.

Oh cooool… at last someone

Yes the economics dept was the one near Admin block and the one opp to library was English dept. You must have seen me for sure since you were there during our session 2000-2001. We were a very prominent group in college, four gals n two boys

I remember the blocks where intermediate and B.A BSc classes would take place. Lol i remember that white color block too where it was written in bold, “Girls are not allowed in this Area.” hehehehe…

Nice meeting you by the way…

:AID:

a prominent group of four girls … noticed so many times around Auditorium/Admin block

ok so lemme guess which one were you … you used to catch F.C.C Bus from some stop on wahdat road. am I right??? :faizy:

Re: FORMANITES - Attention please

lol no no , not from Wadat road. hmmmm let me give you some clues. My bus number was 2 , 2 numbri lol.

In my batch we had Usman, Alam, Amad, Tahir, Asif, Mujahid, Akram, Asim n that angry short man.... what was his name... hmm... uffffffffff... oh yea Qasim etc.

One gal in our batch was very very famous among boys.. the one with loooooooooong hair and big eyes... i wont tell u the name though.. :D

FairyTale .. :@:

Re: FORMANITES - Attention please

My Eschool had lot of Formanites…

outside only..chooti time…

does that count:faizy:…we were neighbors of you peeps:D

^^ lol no I was not that gal but she was one from our group and a very very good friend of mine. She was really so fed up of boys contacting her all the time.

^ Eschool matlab? What is your school name?

Lemme guess… LGS?

Re: FORMANITES - Attention please

I was a formanite for a short period of time - only 4 months while in between my O-Levels and A-Levels... I decided to give F.Sc. a shot... but couldn't adjust to the study format, and went on to study for A-Levels.

Still have very fond memories of the 4 months though... I did my NCC there - made many friends, and loved sitting in the canteen. Also remember walking on Z-Elahi road to get to Gulberg... man! it seems like eons ago - 1995.

Re: FORMANITES - Attention please

True Lucid... I enjoy thinking about those days in FCC. I wish I could turn back the clock :(

I remember the McDonald's near Orega market and opp to Home Economics gal's college.. we have been to that McDonald's with friends a lot a lot of times. Pure fun that was.. :)

Bingo … that’s the one I am talking about.

The reason I did’t clue about her features was just in case it was you.
And I can bet anything on that she used to catch the bus from Wahdat road. whenever my brother needed my motorbike and I had to catch F.C bus she would be taking that some bus from there.

The four of you really enjoyed all that attention from boys for sure .. did’t you??? :hehe:

ah well, we were juniors anyway :frowning:

outside only :omg:

poondi zindabad :hehe:

I was very excited about NCC, but they finished that thing around the time I enrolled in :frowning: . anyway how was your NCC experience?

And how can a formanite forget those walks in and around the college. Zahoor elahi road, towards Pace, hafeez center, Gulberg, sometimes on canal road.

so many memories freshened up. :dhimpak:

Not sure if you are talking about the same gal… She would go in that Blue Boot shape bus  , also known as Titanic lol. her name starts with letter F  .

You know I even miss that baba jee in canteen… i still remember the way he would say… Helllooooooooooooooo… lol . do u remember him ?

Re: FORMANITES - Attention please

lol, yeah I remember that blue bus and I am pretty sure we are talking about the same girl. one more clue ----> she was the tallest in your group of 4, right?

Baba jee would only say “helllooooooooo” to you girls I guess :hehe:

and how about that partially blind guy selling nimko, chips and stuff in the playground. I heard he sold “chars walay cigarets” undercover as well. :rotfl:

Re: FORMANITES - Attention please

erm erm.. i was the tallest in the group . she was a lil bulky. Got big eyes with long eye lashes and height was 5ft or 5.1ft.

:omg: I remember the chips guy and heard the same about him that he would sell charas wallay cigs. I would feel pity for him so I would buy chips frm him even if i would not want. Just so he can make some money. And the guys in my group would say… FTtttttttt he will go and buy charas from your money. I never believed them. Coz I would make them to pay for my chips and i thought they were saying so to save their Rs.10 … :omg:

Was economics one of your subjects too ?

Re: FORMANITES - Attention please

I am still sure it’s the same girl we are talking about. ok my last clue -----> she had very fair complexion ???

No, I did’t study economics there. I had science subjects.

and yeah I had the same feelings of pity for that chips guys and bought from him very often. But those chars rumors were very funny and some students even tried to convince me that he is not blind at all and its just his unique way of making money :omg:

whatever! :hehe:
