i think she should wear an open shirt/gown, the shirt underneath can be made according to her size and the gown can be a free size,so it wont be tight over her bump and can be reworn after she's had the baby too, as the undershirt will need to be adjusted.

please can you give me what style of dress my sister in law should wear to hide her bit bump. There will be mayun, mehndi, barat, walima and muklava.
please post some pictures so i can show the tailor what to sewing for each day.

Anywalk ,A-line panel shirt has loose fitting...so maybe she should try it!

Why do girls have to hide their bump? There is nothing wrong with it! I think any kind of outfit looks nice if it is played off well. It shouldn't be extremely tight but worn elegantly. Even shalwar kameze's can be worn and if your sister wants to hide it, she can drape her dupatta over it.
