there’s a reason they are forbidden, why go against what one’s own religion says and then get the forbidden person to fall in love with you and then selfishly expect them to convert and change their whole selves/their beliefs. they’ll convert b/c they give love the highest importance…but it’s best not to tempt that forbidden fruit in the first place.** abide by the laws of one’s religion right from the beginning, completely and fully, why pick and choose what laws one follows and then at the end remember one’s religion.

You’ve over simplified it and made it sound like feelings can be switched on and off just like that.. I don’t think you can ‘get’ someone to fall in love with you (usually) and when it comes to religion not all of us do expect or even ask our other halves to convert.. I never did..

Regarding ‘picking and choosing’ when it comes to Islam 90% of us don’t wear hijab, doesn’t mean we shouldn’t or can’t do what we feel ready or comfortable with - for now.. If it was all or nothing then hardly anyone would be a real Muslim..
