^^ 30K for a couple? maybe in the short run yeah but not do-able in the long run when people have kids.
This would just barely cover rent/bills.

It’s $15k per person, so with 1 kid, $45k. If the man contributes all of this (unlikely), then the women better be a very good mother lol.
