For The Christian’s God’s Sake….

Today CNN aired the plea of an Iraqi doctor in Falluja ….
For the people who dint hear him, it was amazing to sense the desperation and dejection mixed with anger in the guy’s voice.

He said* There is no electricity, no gas, and no water, if we stay at home we are bombed by the Americans, if we go out we are killed by their bullets. WHAT SORT OF FREEDOM IS THIS…we are just waiting for our deaths (He was literally begging)*

The tone of his voice was such that Even if a non-Muslim had heard him, it would have boiled his/her blood against the American Occupiers.

The guy was making the foolish mistake to ask for help from the Muslim world little that he knows the Muslims have lost their self respect to this level that they are happy with telling their future generations that we saw our brothers/sisters (According to Muslim Faith) being killed indiscriminately but we wore bangles (Urdu phrase cant be translated into English) and remained in the luxury of our house.

I on the other hand would not ask or appeal to Muslims, People who are emotionally/mentally and religiously dead cannot be appealed to.

I would appeal to the American people, stop this!! Don’t you see, every second that ticks away and another life is lost YOU get BLOOD on your hands. Retribution has a threshold, it was Muslims who were responsible for 9/11 but I think they have learnt their lesson well, you shouldn’t go around punishing them anymore .I Know they are Muslims BUT they are HUMAN’S too,They also have households , feelings and family irrespective of what faith they follow… This will just create more OBL’s . Just imagine if a faithless person like me, sitting thousands of miles away from Iraq feels that agitated what would the people of falluja feel.

PS: MR: Storch, Myvoice, OhioGuy, Seminole, I and the people on this BB would feel much better if you stop churning out baseless and incoherent justifications for your Governments actions and for once come out and condemn the merciless killing of the Iraqi people and tell us that in your own capacity you tried to Stop Your government , holding a placard in front of the white house would suffice.

May God (that is if one exists) keep everyone safe?

The problem is they have never seen a war or the destruction after a war, the 911 In NY was great shock for them, but they still didn't understand how it is to lose lives and be attacked and unfortunately they will never learn.
One day in that region under such conditions and curumstances and they all be ashes to ashes and dust to dust, without a bullet's or a bomb's help.

UTC, any tears for the Black Muslims of Darfur? Let’s see.

:jhanda:

what about you?

What about me?

:jhanda:

Crocodile tears?

US has no ambition to rule other countries. It has never colonized any place, and if it has fought in places far flung, it has always been for the good of those nations. Iraq is a tough situation. When the dust settles down, everyone will realize that a democratic Iraq is better than some self proclaimed thug ruling it who goes around killing people.

The Arab world should now get used to the idea of changing their ways, and let the people get on with the 21st century. In Today’sNYTimes there’s an essay by King Abdullah II on the death of Arafat. These Kings and Matoo Mullahs should now step aside and let democracy reign. People are not dumb that they can’t elect their rulers. If US left now, there will be new Saddam in place tomorrow. I am sure no one wants that. May be some do.

:jhanda:

Ali..you are making no sense again. may be 3rd time will be a charm. Dafur my brother Darfur. Do you even know the scale of the problem?

:jhanda:

Madhanee jee…
This thread is not about Darfur , Because of some sick twist of fate CNN dint mention it and I did not write a thread about it.

When I do You are most welcome to participate.
ALI I would appreciate if you don’t discuss Darfur.

It has never colonized any place, and if it has fought in places far flung, it has always been for the good of those nations.

I see..so the Phillipines and Cuba were US states?

Yaar, I didn’t know you will get so emotional about that. If I had known, I wouldn’t have used the “D” word. you wana hear a joke. Just a few minutes ago, I took the elevator to my office (I am on the 40th floor) and there’s a little monitor in the elevator that shows news from CNN and weather. It was just showing that, and I paraphrase:

“Bush says that rise in violence in Iraq has opened his eyes to think of ways to address the Israeli-Palestinian conflict”. Is that a joke or what?

:jhanda:

Zakk.. as much as Bagladesh was a Saudi province. are you for real?

First, provide a link.

Second, I heard this, but as memory serves it was a rebroadcast of this guy from AlJazeera. No one had verified that he was really a "doctor".

Third, did this guy not get the news that there was going to be a conflict? How come everyone else is sitting in tents outside the city?

Fourth, nobody wants to do this. A political solution was reached in April, but did not work.

Fifth, most of the correspondents, including those from the BBC have stated that in five days they have seen NO families or civilians. Not a single network reporter has mentioned, despite repeated questions that they have witnesses ANY widespread problems.

There is nothing more that the insurgents would like than for the US to stop short again this time and not finish off the insurgents when they have them surrounded. Expect more panicy phone calls trying to create political pressure to end the conflict prematurely. Fallujah does not need thiis three times.

The guy in question was neither a king nor a Matoo,Batoo,Tatoo Mullah, Just a doctor living in Falluja who cared about the life of his wife and his two year old son.

Madhanee

Muslims are Muslims regardless of colour or location. So yes, there are tears for all muslims across the globe who are facing trials and tribulations.

You say USA has no ambition to rule other nations. This statement is nearly as prepostorous and stupid as saying the earth is bigger than the Sun!

Finally, if you've got your citizenship, you can stop kissing a$$ as I'm sure the FBI are not watching you, so the dollars can keep transfering into rupees back home and the taxi job is secure for now!

NYA, everythin that you dont want to understand will not make sense to you anyway. That’s all you can come up with, huh?!

First I saw it on TV , and it was on CNN/Asia , it was broadcasted between Yassir Arafats funeral( towards the end of it).

Second OK He might not be a doctor (CNN said he was a doctor) maybe a dentist, a labourer or might be selling lottery tickets.:)

Third yes-dear OG most of the people who live in Falluja have relocated to their winter homes in Florida…:) (Falluja / Florida damn!!1 it rymes too)

Fourth and fifth combined, What “””INSURGENTS””” are you talking about, lets turn the tables, God Forbid, Tomorrow USA is run by a dictator, and he plans to wipe out a ethnic group, lets say AMERICAN Muslims (Muslim blood is very cheap nowadays) . In the wake of all this a Muslim country that is more powerful to the US (quite impossible) try’s to provide peace and democracy to the American people ,and attacks USA, occupies it . Don’t You think the American people will provide some sort of resistance. What would you say if all the American Freedom Fighter converged upon OHIO and used it as a base camp to fight for their country. In such challenging times I would ask you OG WHAT WOULD YOU DO??????????????????

"OG WHAT WOULD YOU DO"

The question, my panic filled friend, is that I would do what the Kurds and Sistani are doing. That is, engaging in a political process.

Other than Sadr, most Shias are waiting for elections, and engaging in a political process. The Kurds are also engaged, even though they ultimately want thier own land. So we are back to the minority Sunnis who are being thrown out of power, and some radical Islamists who hate America.

If you really think that the US is going to stay and occupy the country indefinitely, then you fight. If we had gone in with half a million tropps, you could argue that our plan was to completely dominate the country. That is not true.

The parties that hated Saddam the most are the majority, and for the most part they are peaceful. Sadr city is not in flames, Najaf is healing, and the Kurdish areas have always been under control. Mosul was the site of the worst ethnic cleansing unsder Saddam. Kurds were thrown out of their houses and the city was "arabized". Latley the Kurds have been reversing this. Sunnis are fighting it.

A couple more days and Fallujah will be over.

Sholay your wahababobu Riyals are guaranteed to get to you without you having a need to have your lips attached to your Ummah’s ass. Yeah sure, your Pakistani leaders have openly sided with Sudanese Arabobo Government’s ethnic cleansing of BLACK Muslims. So yeah you can cry all the tears about Ummah and siht, but your voice is as important there as that of Arafat. He was inconsequential since 1948; and so are all the Ummah loving terrorist sympathisers . Can’t sort issues in their own homes, can’t elect their own leaders, can’t provide clean drinking water to its people, but god forbid if they ran out of American bashing. Hahaha. How was that?

Do you think that if your so called version of democracy is successful in Iraq it might also come to the States? Take your time, it's not a trick question. Your own President, yes the retard you actually voted in last week said this! “A new regime in Iraq would serve as a dramatic and inspiring example of freedom to other nations of the region,” Mr. Bush said. “And who knows? If democracy works in Iraq, we might give it a try, too.” speech at the American Enterprise Institute in Chicago.

I'm just bracing myself for the excuses.

Secondly, Fallujah to you seems like a joke. Most of the comments you've made on Fallujah border along the lines of perversity and sickness. Your inherent insecurity and fear speaks volumes. America will do this and America will do that, whoop this and whoop that. Be submissive to us Caucasian Slave Masters and you might just be able to buy your freedom, but you'll have to keep the slave name. Not on the cotton fields this time, but on the oilfields.

Does this ring a bell with you and your forefathers?

No neeed to explain.

Madhanee

Your response was exactly as I'd expected. Intelligent as always!

Damn, if only you'd drove your taxi to school and learned something!

Like I said, you can stop kissing a$$ now. The coast is clear.

If Arafats voice was so inconsequential, then why is the world's media reporting his death? Don't try and work it out, you might just hurt your head.

Stick to the taxi ranks!

A wise old man once said 'don't try to reach the sky by standing on the earth'.

Sholay,

Slavery? First you presume I am White. Racist. Second, how does that relate to Iraq? and, 60 MILLION people voted for Bush.

Frankly the people of Afghanistan are moving along pretty well on Democracy. Not only are they NOT slaves, but they voted in record numbers. Democracy can indeed work in Iraq, the only barrier is the Sunni's who are used to dominating the country. Maybe you break up the country, fine with me. Or assign a fraction of the Oil revenue to the Sunni government.

Fallujah is not a joke, it is too little too late. I remember people around here strutting like roosters when Fallujah I was halted in April. Frankly, that made for a far more complete evacuation of the city now, which enabled much more powerful weapons to be used, saving US lives. It's not a joke, but I dearly hope they fight to the death. Nobody needs Fallujah III. Two more days and a little clean up, and Fallujah will be rid of a lot of rats...
