But that was too much for her to do ... apparently i was treating her as a slave! if she couldnt take the pic for wat ever reason and told be the date she could, then perhaps i would have been more patient. But when someone just ignores u, what do u expect the other person to do?

I think Hira u should send back her clothes or give Princess back her money the way she made payment eg bank transfer asap
because I dont think its professional given the money by hand and also you need to make sure both of you are covered, at least through other means there is proof.

Not once have i asked for my money back ... even the way she treated me ... i just kept asking for the clothes .. cuz they are made to measure ... and i understand that ... she is just taking advantage of the whole situation ...
and calling back the clothes back last minute was just the last straw for me ... i dont need constant reminders of her ... besdies, i dont even know what she has sent me ... she never sent me any proper pics.
I dont gossip and i dont bullsh** ... but that doesnt mean i cant defend myself if i need to! and argue for what is rightfully mine!

PP western union was how u send the money, thats how it should be send back, the cousin method is very bad, what if he is there to deliver her a lesson as well, Allah na karey, PP dont open the door for any cousin and hira what proof do u have that PP will get the money, will he stay at her doorstep the whole day tills she gets home, thats very UNPROFESSIONAL, I must say I had a kind of feeling, when someone starts defending their business, like hira did, there must be something kala in daal :D

if the tailor/designer is willing to refund the full amount paid by the customer within a reasonable time (ensuring it gets to them), then i think this is still an ok ending for this incident and both parties should just accept it and end it at that...wow talking about court and what not!
After the refund has been made by the botique the particular customer never has to deal with that botique again, and the the designer never has to deal with that customer again, and each one of them can take away whatever experience or lesson from this experience they want.
I wouldn't suggest sending the refund money through a relative though at your customers door step Hira..i advise you against it for your own safety as well..you want proof that you made full refund to your customer... a more reliable method, with paper trail and proof of receipt by the customer would be necessary to ensure best interest of BOTH parties...stressing the word BOTH here...

OMG hira just e-mailed me the convo it is a sleezy guy threatning her to gang rape her if the colour on the dress isnt changed as requested by pp. NICE! The reason she left the forum was because she didnt want to deal with such a person and now i know she was right on not sending your clothes. i shouldnt have written this on a public forum but you deserve to be treated like hell pp. you're a woman too how would you feel if this happened to you?
and catcat even after that phone call experience, Hira wants to refund PP by sending money to her doorstep through a relative? i think you should advise Hira to consult someone knowlegeable (someone experienced with money transfers or perhaps even a lawyer) and she should just transfer the money through a reliable paper trail and proof... with her own safety in mind too...and she should just get this experience behind her. even if such a reliable money transfer method costs Hira some extra money out of her own pocket , its the right and safe thing to do.
if its in Hira's qismat to be successful in her business, and to earn halal kamai, then no one can stop that, and Allah will ensure it...right now she should deal with the situation professionally and she should not think of this to be the end of the world... she will definitely learn from this,
and only Allah really knows how much each party is at fault here (specially if the nature of phone call you mentioned is accurate) but for both parties, they can move on once refund has been made..its not the end of the world... and plz dont make it to be worse then it is.

i am not saying people should not order from online but i would never give that much cash for some outfits i have personally not seen because my mom always says that boutique clothes are never exactly your size. you have to have fittings plus you have to feel the fabric and also not all fabrics look good on one person. you have to try it and see if it looks good on you! not all people can carry the look and feel of all fabrics and look good in them. i buy expensive clothes, much more expensive then 650 dollars but i always try them or at least see them.
it is hard for you people in america and uk etc i understand that but princess sweety 
let this be a lesson learnt that make business with some reputed well known company that at least 2 3 other people know about. you can always go to pakistan once a year or something and i know boutiques in pakistan who ship you the clothes. you select the fabric design give the measurements and pay and they will ship it for you. i think that is much more better as chances of a deal going sour are less and you have personally seen the clothes yourself
not patronizing you or anything of that sort just my opinion, you can take it or ignore it your choice.

Hey pp after reading this thread eventhough i had been ordering from hira but i still doubted her and came to you for the truth but im embarassed now cause teh phoen convo wasnt a prank the guy has mentioned your name and what dresses you ordered how can it be a prank? I think what you did was very wrong threatning a girl to get her raped over lousy clothes? what were you thinking. i'll ask her permission to post the recording here but she has already left paklinks and doesnt want anything to do with anyone here but i will try to get it posted here.

PP, why are you even bothering replying to people such as catcat and all? Why do you owe them any explanation whatsoever? STOP TALKING TO THEM! Such people will just blow this wayyy out of proportion and that's what not you need right now. It's obvious who is wrong, which is this so called 'FV designer' who doesn't even know the abc's of doing business or decency infact. She already made a huge fool out of herself in front of everyone by calling you names and what not. I have been in touch with preeti afterwards and she's helping me find another designer .. and not once did she mention indusmart to me!!!!
and the fact that preeti had mr arsalans email proves to me that she did in fact get in touch with them .. cuz i've also emailed him and received a response ... and like her, just got ignored afterwards.
I defended hira in her thread .. that was just ppl bashing her ... and even after having problems with her i opened this thread and asked others to stay out ... i only opened it to get a respone from her ... if im stopping ppl from bashing her on a thread do u really think i'm going around asking ppl to rape her??
before she was accusing me of making up stories and now to get herself out of all this mess she's doing it herself!!!!

I would also recommend you get in touch with the person get his name aswell and u can post his name along with his convo ... if he really is my cousin, then I'll be shamed, right? But I am confident enough to know he is of no relation to me!!! so post away ... but do post with evidence ... not just some made up phone recording!
