Aisha ... i completely understand what u are saying, and i did have doubts ... alot of doubts ... but iv been quite busy at work/home and dont really have the time to go out shopping ... the wedding was kinda last minute thing and i started the online search with just one outfit in mind .. but the relieved feeling i got thinking one outfit is done, i decided to do another, lol, a the same time i think. The third one was purely an impulse buy!
I've been sewing my own clothes for 15+ years now ... i was into designing and sewing my designs from an early age ... and i know my body shape well now ... thats why i gave her detailed specifications with regards to the outfits and thats all i really wanted to see in the pics ... the only shame is and gets in the way is that we cant get embroidery done here ... if we could, i never buy an outfit online or from a shop!
i also asked her to keep 2 inches of material inside ... though i did give my measurements slightly bigger, i thought i would be safe incase they did infact come a lil tight ... i make minor alterations like that al the time ... its no big deal really ...
I've just taken this as one big lesson!!
The money is no big deal to me .. it hurts yes .. i earned it the halaal way .. the hard way ... but its not even a weeks salary ... so its all good ... slap on the wrist for me!
For me its the principle of the thing ...

oh alright i didnt know you were an expert seamstress yourself :) yeah that was a good thing to do telling her to keep 2 inches from inside. yeah good for you then and i hope you have learnt it. yeah losing halal money is painful and i am happy for you that you are mashallah good financial situation wise.
PP, if u're right and know it then don't bother answering and replying to everyone defending Hira. It is pretty awkward that if Hira received calls and was being threatned by a "cousin" of PP's, why wasn't it brought to PP's attention the very same day? Anyway just focus on getting u're money back!

Precious Pari...think your going bit too faar ...calm down...and wait, u must have patience for everything. Look how much effort you've invested into this forum...did u get ur suit ? no? so just wait. Im sure Hira is doing a great work and she must be really busy so allow her some time. Don't be harsh, you've got an issue, deal it with hira in a proper nice way instead of bashing her on a public forum. I hope you get ur dresses soon and it would be lovely to post the end result.
