there is a right time for everything ali…yes we can go back and debate everything in a histrocial context but that is not going to solve the immediate problem…
fact remains that these parties and masses in those provinces need support and passion from punjab and PTI/PMLN so that they shd feel part of the process…
i am absolutely not suggesting that elections shd be postponed but at least PTI and PMLN could have taken some token steps i.e. announce some jalsas in those provinces…announce that the IK and NZ will contesting from those provinces as well … a joint press conference with those effected parties …to show that political parties are together against Taliban…
but the way things are going on right now is simply awful…and that is why i posted a scenario to make a point that how would PTI feel if tables were turned…
sense of isolation among smaller provinces is a very bad thing and it will have very bad consequences for the country..maybe not rigt away but definitely sometime soon
