Im getting a little bored now. They all seem a little too highly strung, they need to just chill and play properly!
USA are quite confident with the ball now, good save just now by Green. But we need another goal from England.

England were not very convincing against an ordinary USA side today. England have never been very good finishers. They rarely score more than a single goal against better sides and judging from today's unimpressive performance, this WC won't be any different. If they progress to QF they should consider themselves very lucky.
I think the winner will come from 1 of the following 6 teams
Brazil
Germany
Italy
Argentina
Spain
France

It has not been a promising start for England but lets see what happens....
US would consider this a win, England should have won. It was all about the goal keepers really.
England were not very convincing against an ordinary USA side today. England have never been very good finishers. They rarely score more than a single goal against better sides and judging from today's unimpressive performance, this WC won't be any different. If they progress to QF they should consider themselves very lucky.

Netherlands are a bit like England I am afraid. Always promise so much but rarely deliver in WCs :)
Croatia probably have a better chance than Holland of reaching the semis

But England did not create too many goal scoring opportunities either. And where are the goal scorers for England? Rooney is not a good finisher - I do not think he has scored that many international goals! And let's see if Gerrard can score against better teams

Well played USA and a lot of missed opportunities for goals, either too high or too low
Missed Gerrard’s goal because ITV HD decided to cut to adverts at that exact moment. 
I guess a draw is better than a loss, but Green’s attempt to save was poor.
Yes I missed it as well as I was watching on HD. What a poor show.
