Breakfast- 1 toast, 1 cup of tea

Snack- 1 glass 1% milk (aftet my workout)

Lunch- Egg salad sandwich with a small side salad

Following to be consumed later in the day

shaam ki chai with a couple/few cookies

Dinner- Aaloo palak with one toast or egg salad again depending on my mood plus a small salad

Tea (if I feel like it)

1 glass 1% milk before bed time

Different eating times due to weekend.

Brunch- Fruit salad
Supper-Half Naan with chicken curry
Dinner-Half plate chicken pulao + Green Tea

Yesterday
BREAKFAST : anda paratha + 1 cup of tea :) i ate this around 1'o clock so it was like brunch

dinner : 3 reshmi kababs with 1 pori

today:breakfast 1 apple only ( kuch khaney ka dil nhi chah raha :( )

breakfast : 1 and a half slice of bread
Lunch half plate biryani :D
Dinner: a roti with bhindi salan

um and some chocolates and cherries here and there
reminds me i need to drink some water

hehe, i didn't know there were good and bad calories. but you're right they do have a lot of benefits

I had dinner in car, was so damn hungry cudnt wait till i get home.

Breakfast: The usual

Lunch: Brown bread Shami Sandwich.

Snack: Kashmiri Makai with Peanuts.

Dinner: Chicken Tikka
Roghini Naan

Drinks: 7-up
Tea with 1 biscuit.

Don't feel like having fruits now.

i started the day not doing so well.

i ate those desi munchis that are similar to to junk food here for breakfast :eek: they must be loaded with calories :teary1:

lunch was better :slight_smile:

noodles with lots of veges and the soup mix that comes with it

hopefully dinner shall be healthy too

breakfast=n/a

lunch=peri-peri chicken and fries and pepsi+a slice of chocolate fudge cake

dinner=peri-peri leftover with egg fried rice+khiyar bi laban+pepsi

one small piece of jalebii has 200 calories…:no:it won’t work, you won’t tempt me to eat it :stuck_out_tongue:

yesterday:

breakfast : 1 apple

lunch : chicken burger + green tea

dinner : aalo gobi with 1 roti + green tea :)

hehehe…i put the syringe into the jalebii and suck the syrup out and then inject splenda back into it :slight_smile: its wholesome food :slight_smile: its like sugar-free jalebi…now feel like having it? haha ;)**

breakfast: goldfish crackers
lunch: veg/fruit smoothie-brocolli, parsley, spinach, melon, blueberries, strawberries, apple,mango pieces all ground up to juice form with whey protein :yummy:

couldn’t workout for too long though :bummer:
snack: toast with fruit jam
dinner: naan paneer masala( i guess this ended up being the most calories out of the whole day, had to have something desi, had a craving for it)
