Because billions of people in this world eat restaurant food one or more time in their lives , they would all be dead by now. If your dad’s theory is related to desi restaurants only then all desies would be dead by now too.

Um…he is referring to how desi people handle food in the kitchen since he has seen it himself.

And I think its obvious he doesn’t mean “zeher” in the literal sense.
