Is it a good idea? I mean we expect people to stick to the topic but you cant help it ..
at the same time .. its is very hard … boring … and sometimes fake .. to stick to a serious topic …
in fact when you are too serious .. things take a wrong turn …
e.g Politics and religious forums
you get way too serious
so is it Ok to flood, de-rail, off-topiced a thread in General …

Not quite sure I understand your answer as mods get to decide what is deemed as inappropriate.
Is there like certain criteria for which non topic replies can be deleted whilst other non topic replies can just float around for the sake of it?
