amana, believe me this is better than desis who come on visit visas and then have kids and run away without paying hospital fees. hospitals have tightened their policies now but a few years ago it was horrible.
we had to deal with relatives of relatives or relatives showing up and staying with my inlaws 9even though the lady's brothers were in two diff states) Finally they were asked to leave because intitially peopel said its not our issue, I just had to convince them that now that u know what their plan is , you cant be party to it.
sadly, as we started talking about it, we found out more about ppl who have pulled such stunts. and not paupers, wel established families in leafy burbs in isloo who did this type of crap.
Uk changed its laws on birthright of citizenship due to abuse.
