It boils down to 2 things,
1st How good is your relationship with your roomie???
2nd How long are her parents going to be there???
1st if its exceptionally good, put up and quit whining, if not worth it, put your foot down.
2nd if its short term put up and quit whining, if not put your foot down.
Either ways think what your roomie would feel if she knew you were lambasting her behind her back???

1st of all, I have always had good relationships with all of my roomies until now. I try to keep them that way.
2nd they are here for a month, which is a long period of time.
I think I'm allowed to whine all I want or is there a law against that? If you don't want to read this post, then don't. Nobody forced you.
And if she knew I'm writing all this, I seriously could not care less. She knows very well how uncomfortable I am and I have told her that I've told my friends about this situation. However that does not mean I'm demanding her to do something about this situation. In a way, I don't really blame her. We're intl' students with limited resources so I can't make her parents stay elsewhere , where they would've had to pay.
The main problem isn't even her parents staying here. The days will pass eventually. I'm just kind of frustrated with my own "humanitarian" attitude. I really don't know why I keep doing favors for people. Sometimes I wish I could stop but each time something like this comes up, I just can't say no.
And I'm not being nice just because I'm hoping one day she'll be nice to me too. Who even cares. I'm not dependant on anyone and neither do I want favors from others. I just wish..people would stop..using me, without me having to act like a bitch.
