Here are two flat track bullies who scored runs at Headingley against "one of the best attack with great depth in their bowling"
Yousef 192 **
**Younis 173
Prior to that Yousef had scored 202 on another flat track called Lords.
Some flat track bullies they are.
Never regarded or stated Mohammed Yousaf as a flat track bully - he has scored runs all over the place. However, wasn't sure about Younis Khan - as most of his runs have been scored on the sub-continent and wasn't too sure how good he really is and it's about time he started scoring more away from the sub-continent consistently.
Lets not get carried away and not get too excited - he needs to maintain this type of form and score consistently away from his backyard.
However, not a bad effort against the 'juvenille' bowling attack which included the 'over-rated' Monty Panesar.
What is wrong with the other super stars (excluding Inzi) i.e. Akmal who is regarded so highly, Faisal etc. Don't you think it's time they started to contribute more consistenly with the bat also?
He is a flat track bully. Sorry if you didnot like it.
Lagta hay dil say niklee hay:p
You forgot to mention how many matches Yousuf has played in SA so far in his career. Only 3, and the 1st one was in 1998. Let him play more matches before labelling him a flat track bully.
Even the great wall of India, had an average of 19 against Australia in his first 4 matches in Australia, till December 2003.

ok..you can ignore the SA one on the ground that there is not enough data to conclude..how about AUS??
Point is that batsman of any era will be called great batsman if he has scored against the best team of that time?? There is a reason why Lara and Sachin are regarded so high...One of the reason is that apart from scoring all over the world they did very well against Aussies. Thats xxactly is the reason why Cricket pundit dont take Inzi's name in same sentence with Sachin and Lara, inspite of him playing so many great inning.
Yoyo vs AUS...
v Australia 8 15 0 444 111 95 75 29.60 1 2 1
in Australia 6 12 0 396 111 95 75 33.00 1 2 1

Sachin might have done well against Aus but how many times has he won matches for India during crucial periods. Great player, lousy when it comes to holding his nerve. Everyone have their weakness, Yoyo's might be against Aus, if Sachin is great despite this weakness than why is yoyo a flat track bully if he failed against aus? Sorry if you didn't like the post. :D
This profs this sachin has bad nerves and Inzi has bad technique. This doesnt take away stigma of Flat Track bullies though. :D
Sorry if you didn't like the post. :D
Yes… but this win will be only on flat tracks.. Which I think is fine. So I agree with your point.
So..in my opinion…when my team is playing on flat track I will want Inzi but not when I am playing in AUS or SA.
Jeez, so fair_&_balance will decide whether some players are flat track bullies or not just by looking at stats that make him feel good. I mean forget what Inzamam, Younis and Yousuf have been doing on consistent basis, playing pressure, inspirational and match-winning inngs. Oh, but that is right...we are comparing them with Lara and Sachin so let us look at stats and average not match’s result...whoop-dee-doo....

Totally agree. Inzi was left out of the world eleven and had to cry/moan to get into the side and this was only after the first choice got injured.
consistant where... Moment they see Aussies bowler running towards them they start peeing in thier pants. Any one can score against pappu bowlers like Agarkar Fidel and Vaas etc.
