Hey guys,
I am 5 ft 3’’ and weigh 45 kgs. I look thin, but my stomach needs to be firmed, something I’m dying to get accomplished before my wedding.
What should I do? I’m thinking of doing 100 crunches, 50 leg lifts daily.
Are there any tips on something that has worked for you before?
Crunches dont help!
start doing cardio. 30 mins everyday. Dont think the faster you run the better. Its actully better to do it in intervals. walk 1 min run 1 min then walk faster for a minute then go back to runing. This helps you burn more calories and tone up over all.
Alter yor diet. Eat more protiens and fibers. Less fats and carbs. Also, Stop drinking soda and switch to Water Lots n lots of water.
Crunches only strain your neck. It does nothing if not combined with these activities.
I am also trying to tone up. I actually have a personal trainer guiding me.

This worked for me: 30 mins treadmill three times a week. 5 mins walking at speed 5 and then 5 mins running at a speed 10 (keeping this up for 30 mins)

crunches will help if they are done with cardio and if you eat right. none of this will work if you're pigging out on junk food. eat lots of lean proteins, fruits and vegetables and drink tons of water.

so iam 5.6 and a half :P hehe (to be exact).. and weight 105-110 pounds (47-50kg i guess) and iam gudd all over EXCEPT for my tummie..
so wt do i doo?
my tummie isnt HUGEEE or anything.. but it isnt flatt flatt....its like a tiny bump.....and at times i look fatt becuase of that.. help me :)
ps i DUNt eat junk food..so i dunt no how to lose dis flubber
why dont you use "nivea Goodbye cellulite cream" on your tummy its a really great product i have used it for my tummy it REALLY WORKS !!!i dunno if that available in pk or not :(
