well my royal highness would like Sole/Flounder or Red snapper .
Red snapper is bit similar to shrimp. Rocks for curry Yokes !
But red snapper has it's own distinct flavor so while it tastes good baked or fried, in curries it conflicts with the taste of the masaalas.
