First thing you cooked?

If you are married, what is the first thing you cooked for your husband after you got married? and if your not married, what would be the first thing you would cook for your husband?

Re: First thing you cooked?

hmmmm what a sexist thread...tsk tsk

Re: First thing you cooked?

Its not meant to be sexist....you can tell me what is the first thing you cooked your wife after marriage? or what is going to be the first thing you cook your wife when you get married?

or.....what is the first thing your wife cooked for you?

I dont mean that a woman should be tied to the kitchen (that would be kind of awkward!), I just think cooking for the person you love is romantic, and sweet.

Re: First thing you cooked?

:rotfl: I came to say the same thing. After I got married the first thing I cooked for my wife after 7 years of our marriage was Sekh kabab and chicken tikka.

Re: First thing you cooked?

^ after 7 years? now isnt that kind of sexist? making your wife cook for 7 years???? or expecting your wife to cook??? But, what is the first thing she cooked for you?

anyway, for me cooking is something I enjoy doing, so I want to do it for my husband, and he is good at cleaning the bathroom - so we have a deal, I will cook, and he will clean the bathrooms! (I get nauseous just thinking about cleaning the bathroom!)

Re: First thing you cooked?

Re: First thing you cooked?

Hey Einstein there can be many genuine reasons , not sexism behind my story.

Re: First thing you cooked?

I actually don’t remember..and to be quite honest, i actually never cooked…i would get my friends or family to cook…or get decent take-out, then i’d put it in the pots and pans so when he came home it’d look like i’d slaved over it all day… :hehe:

I wonder if he knows that…he’s never mentioned it…:hmmm:

Re: First thing you cooked?

^ :omg: not a bad idea :mehr:

Re: First thing you cooked?

I know it is not meant to be sexist either by saying men dont cook or that women are meant to cook. i was just horsing around.
