Im not really sure what to do when it comes to time to pay!
I can think of sooo many awkward scenarios in my head haha.

When the check comes, offer to split the check, if he insists on paying for the entire thing, let him.

well you will be ordering your stuff - so you can sum it up in a jiffy .... Once called for the bill - take the amount out and handed over it to your date and dont forget to tell him ' keep the change ' ...

am sure your fiance-to-be won't let you pay..dont worry :D but just to be on the safe side ..you could ask him to split the bill in half or at least mention it once !

Then pay your bill, or pick up the check. Most guys do pick up the check or at least offer...that would be weird if he at least didn't offer.
