in south india we have old tradition (still in practice) of marrying your niece, only sister's daughter and not brothers daughter

If you marry a cousin and then have children, thats inbreeding (sharing the same genes).
I think you mean theres a difference between Incest and marrying your cousin. Many americans consider it incest but it really isnt - incest really means between father and daughter, sister and brother.

Here in America you have to get a license before u get married. This license is valid for 3 months. So u have to get married in 3 months, otherwise u have to get a new one.
Once u hve that license u can go to a Molvi or who ever and can get married. After that u hve to register your marriage.

what comon... if you don't like something that is permitted by Islam doesn't mean you can call it sick for others. You don't like, don't go for it. No one is forcing you but calling it sick for others is just stupid.

It is permissible but I personally don't rate the practice. I have witnessed first cousin marriages that fall apart, sadly the fallout for the wider family is tragic , whole Khandans are known to disintegrate .

It's a repugnant practice which ought to be outlawed. It's particularly harmful among populations which already have a high degree of inbreeding (like Pakistanis). In addition to the well known increased risk of recessive disorders studies have found that it lowers IQ.
I am glad I am not inbred!
