Palejo is promising “revenge” for those killings. Now is there anyone taking notice? Is he a judge or justice? Will someone hold him to account for promising crimes in the city?
He is just showing that this was the original intention of people in that rally, which included Lyari gangsters.
Sindhi nationalists were already promising bloodshed for demanding division of Sindh.
ATP to revenge bloodshed
KARACHI (INP):Awami Tehreek chief Ayaz Latif Palijo on Tuesday announced to avenge bloodshed during riots in Karachi and called for a strike in Sindh today, Wednesday.Talking to mediapersons, he said that these murders would not go unnoticed and those shedding blood on the streets of Karachi would be held accountable.
Palijo announced that his party would take revenge of the murders “not from innocent Urdu-speaking people, but from the terrorists”.

Electorial representation as achieved by MQM is well known and out of the scope of this topic. But this intolerance and non-accommodating behavior of MQM towards all the ethnivities is also one of the major problem of Karachi.
One more thing, MQM is also intolerant about the Urdu speaking people from other parties like Jamat e Islami, etc, who also worked for the betterment of Karachi.

If they want to claim it through bloodshed and ethnic cleansing then it is a crime and it is shame for anyone to support it.
Besides, this "claim" is wrong because it was more a British-Parsi-Christian city.

And you so quickly believed him? Even after what these Sindhi nationalists did after the rally was fired? They already killed innocent Urdu speakers at that time.
Besides, even if he targets MQM alone it would still be a crime. Why is every MQM worker a legitimate target for the actions of some?

Regarding killing of the people, how do you say that they killed Urdu speaking people?
Its a shame for authorities that the a woman from Sindh, who came to attend the rally was killed and they claimed that she was a passerby. Means they don’t value killing of passerbys.

whatever the composition of karachi was at 1947 is a matter of history and is on record , the point was what Sindhis think … twist it as much as you can .
and second , no one mentioned the part where Palejo said he received texts for the repeat of the May12 , 2007 from a certain party .
“He told the media that his party received text messages from a certain political party last night, threatening a repeat of the May 12 scenario during the rally.”
here too , just like every one, the anger part about revenge was highlighted , this news or article is produced as it is , on all the sites , or media outlets , with out a coma , or full stop being changed , …so I think , this article too is agenda based.

I think it is ok to demand the division of Sindh. MQM should say it as well. The opposition to this demand should be democratically only. But instead we hear Sindhi nationalists warning of BLOODSHED.
No Sindhi nationalist group, or even the Taliban has tortured and killed tens of thousands of people like the MQM.

Before partition when your ancestors still living in India, and after partition, Karachi was, is and will remain part of Sindh.
