I am very sure this marriage of inconvenience is going to end pretty soon. PPP has been tolerating MQM only because of the votes it needs to stay in majority. But it never had intention of going ahead with local bodies elections, even after Sindh Court’s verdict.
So eventually it will end up as low intensity civil war in Karachi, where Sindhi nationalists and Lyari Balochs will be killing Urdu speaking people indiscriminately and Urdu speaking people do the same with others.

I am sure PPP/MQM union is going to break before the election.. in fact both will become very hostile to each other on ethnic basis before the elections.. but this Noora Khusti will be to consolidate their ethnic votes.

Post election scenario will be totally different. Both will form an alliance again to share the winning bounties..

…and the story will go on and on..
