^lol I hear ya.. the day of the gender ultrasound, people at work were supposed to wear pink if they thought it was a girl and blue if they thought it was a boy!!

I wore pink, everyone else wore blue!! :smiley:

v didnt find out but i regreted bc all new born clothes were yellow,orange,grey n white omg i didnt liked it later so next time i m surely gng 2 know before so tht i can do shopping accordingly :slight_smile:

  • I was puking until the 17 weeks!!
  • I was craving sweets even though I never liked sweet stuff in my life
  • I looked horrible and I had heard that the girl steals your look!
    -I didnt have hairy legs in fact I hardly had any hair during pregnancy

but most of it was just my instinct.. I made mysefl believe it was a girl because I had bought dresses for her already :smiley:

I don’t think I’d have the patience to wait till delivery to find out.. Am not really fussed if I have a boy or girl first, just curiosity would get the better of me..

Aww what did u do with those dresses? Iv heard craving sour is for a girl and for boys u crave sweet..
While im having acne these days due to my acidity still i have that pregnancy glow-pink cheeks better complexion and i look more attractive now even with acne haha
Iv seen women who r expecting boys they look so pale and unattractive..their neck turns black..

I have been buying dresses since I got married (7 years ago) some I have given away as gifts but some I still have them.. one day inshaAllah I iwll have a girl but right now I am loving being a mommy of a boy.. couldnt be better than this. :slight_smile:

When i found out i was pregnant i wasnt going to find out the gender i wanted it to be a suprise… Once i started showing everyone around me family friends and work friends all said im going to have a boy i even had instincts telling me its a boy… I went shopping and even bought boys clothes! Then at 26 weeks me and hubby decided to go for a 3D gender scan and guess what wee were told that its a girl!!! I was sooo suprised its becuase deep down i ‘knew’ i was having a boy becuase everyone kpt saying it i started to beleive in it!!

Me and hbby told our immediate family and friends and itold my work lot they couldnt beleive it not one person said to me i was having a girl! I gave the boys stuff back adn have shopped soo mch fir my baby girl. Ut even now people who dont know that i went for a gender scan are sayInv to me ‘your having a boy’

Only allah swt knows best i guess, im due in a few days so inshallah will know if its a boy or a gIrl whatever it is so long as its healthy and nail im happy… Its my first inshallah!

I didn’t have anyone around me during my first pregnancy and none of my family or friends in the second one either so no one to guess …but for the first one I had a dream that we were having a boy. and one day I just went to brush my teeth and I looked up at the mirror and I looked ghastly, had black bags under my eyes, my neck was dark and I was not looking attractive at all. I knew that I was having a boy. Also the only thing that grew was my belly, I could still fit into my old jeans one other indication they say if you are having a boy.

GTG in the pakistani culture they say if u are having a girl you will be glowing and I have seen women that are glowing. I knew I wasn’t one of them.

i found out. infact with my youngest daughter i just asked" is it a girl? i think its a girl" and she said seems like.

I would like to find out the gender of my baby, i know i cant wait 9 months for the surprise. Also i’m travelling around so if i know whats coming i can buy stuff accordingly.

well i had pregnancy symptoms, of course, but none of the ones you’ve mentioned in the old wives tales :slight_smile:
