I didnt even post pocs of the ginkakuji and kinkakuji temples...theres one thats made purely of gold...that was stunning...Mehnaz, you should come man...you know after reading Memoirs of a Geisha I was dying to go to Kyoto, and I finally did and visited Gion, which was the major geisha district...maza agaya...Id love to visit Kyoto and Osaka again.

Osaka is such a happenin city...dayam the shopping, the people, the fashion, the restaurants...its crazier than Tokyo!!

Spock 'he' is a painter and hes painting the Osaka-Jo, compare the picture hes painting to the one of Osaka Castle. (Theyre exactly the same)

I think waisay hi, maybe some tourists like buying his paintings...but he seemed to be doing it out of fun. A friend of mine went there during winter and when he saw my photos he said he saw the same man sitting there. So I guess its a hobby?

This first one is me resting in a teahouse...they are found throughout the palace gardens. I was soo tired, we walked a lot!

Second one is me and my group...you can find Germans, Turks, Italians, Chinese, Japanese and South African Paki in this happy family! The last one is me in front of an ancient temple.
