People, I really dont understand one thing here and that is:

WHO on earth are WE to impose all this on people? If ALLAH SWT has pronounced homosexuality as wrong...then he will also deal with them as he sees fit. Why are we getting all bent out of shape over this?

I dont understand this about us...we believe in Allah swt...He is all knowing and has all the power in the world...then He will also be the one to pronounce judgement on these people. Who are we? Are we His helpers? NO! We are His creation...mere human beings with absolutely NO idea what He has in store for even us.

This debate is so old. The reality of the matter is, the Qur'an is open for all to see...its Allah's word...not ours. No one on this planet has the right/authority to say who will go to hell for what sin. We have NOOOO RIGHT TO JUDGE ANOTHER MUSLIM!!!

We lie, cheat, sin and do stupid things ALL THE TIME but since homosexuality is a sin that WE dont have to deal with...its easier to pick on. No one here is an angel but we are definitely going to come here and act like messengers because we're so PAAK SAAF right?

Humein KUCH NAHIN pata ke Allah swt ne kisi ki qismat mein kya likha hai. Aur jo insaan GAY hai...aur uske bavajood vo Allah pe bharosa rakh ke koi ghalat kaam nahin karta...uske liye mein sirf itna kahungi ke Allah swt sab kuch dekhte hein. Unhe sab pata hai aur vo us insaan ki struggle bhi dekhrahe hein. Hum sab ke imtihaan alag alag hote hein...Allah swt hum sab ko ek hi raste se nahin guzarte...sab ke raste alag baneye hein. Aur har insaan ka faisla bhi SIRF AUR SIRF Allah swt karte hein.

Behtar ye hai ke hum sab apne aap pe thordi zyada tavajjey dein aur fuzool baaton se parhez karein. Matlab...apna apna kaam karo...apne barabar valey ke upar ungliyan uthana band karo kyun ke vo apka banda nahin hai...ye haqq apka nahin hai...sirf Allah swt ka hai.

This thread was not opened for condemnation of Gay People.

It was opened in relation to defence of the Koran and Allahs Messengers stance on Gayness.

Many People here are beginning to wrongly intrepret that Gayness is Allowed in Islam.

People Should be taught the truth and some sense.

It doesnt matter Amir...the truth is we all DO know what the verdict in Islam is on homosexuality and the only reason we are beating this drum here is because WE'RE NOT the ones dealing with it. Thats it.

If this thread was about an evil YOU were dealing with, your reaction would be different.

One more thing: You are going to teach people sense Amir? The only thing you could find to talk about was homosexuality which is a problem MAYBE ONE OR TWO people are facing here? What about more common sins like - again - lying, cheating, gambling, anger, etc? Why are you ignoring sins that ACTUALLY AFFECT Muslims in reality, everyday?

If you have all this energy to spend on issues like this and not on the issues that are actually affecting and killing Muslims everyday...then you have too much time on your hands.

I get what you saying amir. unfortunatley people here are hell bent on talking besides the point. the thread is about gayness. not lieing cheating etc. because lieing and cheating are not just a muslim issue. and we do not see hords of people who lie and cheat parading the streets saying its right to do so and then `quoting from the quran....

i dont want to be dragged into this debate - but i think the point psquared is making is that we should concentrate on issues that affect MOST Muslims. She is not comparing the sins, merely saying that we should help Muslims with issues that affect them on a day to day basis rather than stating the obvious that practicing homosexuality is a sin in Islam.

hello, wake up. this thread is in regards to one particular topic. yes there are other sins too, but we are not talking about them. this refers to one particular sin. in that case and should remain so. the reason millions of threads get removed or closed is because people divert and derails threads and talk off topic. stick to the topic in hand rather than preaching that there are worse/more sins in the world....dont you think i know that already.!!
