deepika looks good at times. i find her nose creepy. i dont care much about her outfit choices. sonam is one of the few indian actresses that i always see looking good. i've never heard either on interview so cant comment on that. i dont care for either of them as far as acting is concerned. they both suck.

sushmita looks like something the cat dragged in. when will she change her boring jet black straight hair same ol same ol....? and she has that harsh look to her.

i see so many pretty indian girls...riya sen is gorgeous, so is asin, katrina kaif etc but so many are always in really bad outfits. like something plasticy and shiny that barbie would wear made of foil or something. or its heavily worked but costumey looking...with big motifs and big fake looking stone work. priyanka looks good but i thought her gown has a cheap look to it. i dont know..i think they might be going for home-based designers that are using local cloth to make gowns or something.

I am not a Sonam fan or non-fan but what I know is that sonam is a FASHION icon. I have never seen her making wrong choices , I think you have to have personaly style to select particular outfits, put it together and make it work, desginer or not !
Sonam has that capabilty,I dont know about her being miss attitude or not , nor I care about that .I am disscussing their fashion sense in this thread .deepika's dress sense fails to impress just like ash but both of them are so beautiful :)

I read somewhere that it was sheer net embellished saree by Manish Malhotra.Most of the time Kareena and Karishma wear Manish Malhotra's outfits.

ooooh btw just had a chance to actually see the entire filmfare awards (thanks to u tube) im kinda liking farhan akhter :) he's cute. and what in the world is wrong with sharukh khan acting all prissy and arrogant? is he coming of age or something?

Sonam isn't the typical spoiled bolly child that fell into the industry. She was shadowing films since BLACK with rani mukherjee and worked hard to get where she was.

She was also really fat as a child and her mom is really big about nutrition and so forth and whipped her in the great shape that she is. Because of that ugly duckling thing she developed a personality that allowed the industry to treat her kindly and let her intern on movies and help out. So at one time she was just a copy and coffee girl and you have to give her credit for that. Her mom reminds me a bit of hema malini in the fact that they tell their daughters they need to do this better, and say their lines in this way, and improve dancing skills etc. She's had a hard life and composes herself very elegantly and has a young vivacious spirit about herself. I don't think she's always best dressed but she's defined her own style very early in her career which most past actresses haven't been able to for many years. (do we remember the early karishma kapoor days?)

Unlike deepika who has a fairy tale, she was a model, discovered by farah khan, got to take a whole year of acting classes and dancing classes with the great farah khan (she used to be a choreographer before she was a director) and had things handed to her bc of her look.

^Deepika and Sonam, both are very pretty girls..I am not a fan of either of them. But personality wise, I'd pick deepika...sonam is too immature and childish and i find her very annoying when she's talking.

Not Filmfare fashion or Bollywood people but here is what Iman wore at Khuda Kay Liye premiere in Fame, Andheri on April 3rd 2008. I like this shade of green but being ‘Iman Ali’ couldn’t she have worn a better outfit.

I agree, never been keen on Kareena, always thought she looked a bit trannyish with that funny shaped head and the bad dress sense but she looks nice there.

Riya Sen has studied fashion so dunno how she can end up looking so bad so often, she is gorgeous looking tho and so is Deepika imo but have been wondering does anyone know if that is her real nose? It looks very narrow and 'sculpted.'
