I realize the saying is the good the bad and the ugly but some of this stuff was just really tacky like the dress riya sen was rocking, that was a terrible idea and for some odd reason her sister has way droopy eyes in all their pics. i really liked ehr sister in parineeta.

I also think kareena and saif looked great together, (never thought i’d like her looks but somehow she aged nicely)

sushmita, i normally like her style simple, elegant but this one i dunno what she thought it didn’t add much to her and her makeup was kinda golden and bronze like with a silver rope thing chain thingy around the waist? what was that about

riya was pretty tacky but that tends to be a norm with her personal style, i’m glad raima wore a sari i found it odd how many women wore gowns and not even very desi earrings to a desi awards show:

i have a barbie that has a black dress like this and i’ve always wanted one for myself so im a fan of this girl’s choice



i like the look of this dress on a runway but i dunno if the girl wearing it really played it off, and she’s a pretty girl so if she can’t then who could you know?

i did really love the draping of this gown

this one reminds me of those old school tacky wheel of fortune outfits vanna white had to wear:

nothing wrong with being big but i think that all women should know how to dress for their body type be it super skinny or the other side of that. friends should’ve helped this child out.

So do yall have any thoughts or anyone found a pic of deepika’s outfit? also were yall let down to see so many western outfits that didn’t have a real desi touch to them? or am i alone on that?

That shiney, foil mini mini sheath dress was just hideous!! And the equally shiney, super pointy pumps were just SO out of date!!

But as long as she felt beautiful, I guess thats all that counts.

Ok omg what the heck happened to preity zinta??? It’s like everytime she gains some weight, the majority of it goes to her face :no: And its a shame too cuz she’s an otherwise gorgeous gal… I remember the slimmest she was was in KANK and she was absolutely ravishing!

Priyankas dress had a striking resemblance to Kate winslets from the oscars. Kareena looked gorgeous. She keeps reinventing herself for the better. Kunal is a super hottie!!!!

Everone else was bleh.

They look so nice in sarees. Leave the gowns for the non-Indian events I think :bummer:

Seems like color beige was the color of filmfare award night.Saw Raima, Deepika , Rekha wear beige colored saris and Anushka Sharma, Vidya Balan went for beige colour too,my fav was rekha who looked decent in less jewellery and a stunning saree :k

if i was a fashion critic i'd have to always look well put together which isn't my thing however for these celebs it sure is.

and i agree with the other comment those pointy shoes and the shiny dress was just tacky but i think the men and women around her must tell her it looks good and that's why these train wrecks walk around with a proud smile lol. it really does baffle me.

the first movie of hers i had ever seen was soldier and by the end of the film her body is slim and trim (that or maybe a girdle was involved) but both ways i always noticed she was a little thicker and as she films she looses more weight.

I will say in salaam namaste she had abs and i never thought i’d see her be in such great shape, but even with the cheeks and extra weight she’s still adorable.

I have noticed Priyanka’s outfits and hairstyles are always ‘inspired’ by either Aishwarya’s or someone in Hollywood. Her blue dress seems to resemble alot to what Deepika wore last year.

And that lady in plasticy shiny green outfit- ughghghghghghgh. Her husband OWNS T-series and it’s true that money cannot buy taste. They have so much money yet her dressing sense is horrendous. At all the events, she’s dressed way too OTT.

^she's pretty but definitely right about money can't buy taste. She would look very nice in a gorgeous gown or an elegant sari. Can't understand some people... She needs a stylist.

And Ashwariya Rai copies either some hollywood actresses or ANGELINA JOLIE (like completely, from hair style to dresses, shoes and even the makeup..) Priyanka is wearing a combination of ashwariya rais dress/deepika’s…ashwariya wore same color and similar dress in some show..not any award function though.
