Would you follow a proven NUSKHA, if I tell you something ?

  1. Take deep breaths
  2. Try to physically remove yourself from the situation (go do something in kitchen etc.)
  3. Read Astaghfirullah and Lahoal repeatedly (wait for five minutes)
  4. Start from step 1 if you still feel hostile.

My wife and I always use this and it works most of the time.
