Fighting in this Section

Muzna, I think you yourself are answering the reason why there is so much fighting in this section. It is people like you and Xtreme, who clearly admits that minorities in this section are not allowed to say anything against the majority. Also you people have very distorted view of what should we call a balanced approach towards a discussion. If you want to put green glasses on and eat yellow grass, fine. Keep on kicking in the pants and killing the pests, people will keep enjoying fu#@$%g you. Ban them, that is the only way and live in your own dream land.

dhir,

You obviously have difficulty understanding what I type so I'll keep it very, very brief.

You claim:
"who clearly admits that minorities in this section are not allowed to say anything against the majority."

Please show where either I or Xtreme have admitted any such thing.

You lost your cool and said:
"Keep on kicking in the pants and killing the pests, people will keep enjoying fu#@$%g you. Ban them, that is the only way and live in your own dream land."

Please show where anyone has been banned for having differing views than the majority.

ChannMahi, Rani, Adbulmalick, sanam, and yourself are still here.

Finally, by using foul language you have done nothing but discredit yourself. As Rani would say, I rest my case.

Follow the golden rule. or the golden rule as it was meant to be i.e. treat others as they want to be treated.

The same message can be communicated in various ways. Its not just the message but the tone and delivery of it. Being sensitive to the recipients' will also help.

Taunting tones, poor choice of words and phrasing distort the message so much that they are the prominent part of the post rather than the message itself.

Almost everyone has been guilty of it. It would be mature to just take a step back and see why am I here and how can I adapt my approach to meet the objectives.

the goal here is to share, communicate and to learn. Obviously if some people are here for schoolyard fights and bickering contest, they would not have no intention or incentive to see how the approach and delivery could be adjusted for better communication.

It is always hard to admit where one can make improvements, especially to one's own self, but it takes a big person to do that.

The intent of this post as I see it is to address as a group what we want to do here and are we going about it the right way. Additionally if there are people here who just want to utilize flame baits, we want to discourage that as a group and avoid falling for such bait since it hurts the progress and development of a real discussion.

Its not upto me to start pointing out people, but everyone (yes I mean everyone) should just take a step back and examine their own mannerism and methods honestly and objectively to see if something could be dne better.

We are supposed to be the educated, civilized people with a good esposure to the world and should act as such. How can otherwise we really expect the masses in our cities and countrysides to ever act objectively.

Fraudia u said it all…good post..
I just like to add one suggestion…any body who tries to de-grade/insult someone (and we can tell the difference between argument and insult) should be warned and censored…i dont believe in kicking someone out until he/she turns really nasty…
so try to respect others feelings…no derogatory/insulting posts…stick to the topic at hand…and everyrthing is gonna be fine (i hope)
