Fighters 'snatch Pakistan troops' (merged)

Re: Fighters 'snatch Pakistan troops' (merged)

That's debatable. If the army were to be put in a similar situation (whatever that situation may be), who knows what they will do? Pashtuns are in the army too you know, Punjabis are not immune to Islamist propaganda.

Re: Fighters 'snatch Pakistan troops'

Kehkashan, this is exactly my belief...The day US threatened to bomb Faisal Abad, Lahore, Islamabad, etc. to stone age the army would surrender without firing a bullet...Even the nuclear bomb would not save Pakistan...Yankis already have made contingency plans for a scenario when state order collapses in Pakistan...

Re: Fighters 'snatch Pakistan troops' (merged)

Oh, this is so humuliating...!

Re: Fighters 'snatch Pakistan troops' (merged)

For whom, the pathans or pak govt or both?

Re: Fighters 'snatch Pakistan troops' (merged)

well, the militants have been releasing sheeps in small numbers from that herd of 250+ mules, sheeps & lambs. There must have been some level of de-Briefing but the word is still not out exactly what happened there.

Re: Fighters 'snatch Pakistan troops' (merged)

What's there to know about cowards and jihadist sympathizers in the army.

Re: Fighters 'snatch Pakistan troops' (merged)

so what happened to the troops... are they back yet?

Well if you want the answers to this, you will have to look at it Islamicly.

Mujahideen in Afghanistan fighting America, Pakistan helps America, so Mujahideen retaliate against Pakistan.

I think its obvious who is right.

Instead of protecting Islam and the Muslims, Pakistan and its army are pawns of the Americans.

As long as they are fighting against Islam, they are legitimate targets.

What is the army doing in waziristan? fighting terrorists? What ar terrorists? those who fight against America? Did the Mujahideen ever harm Pakistanis that they have to be fought by the army?

I think its clear
[/QUOTE]

What are the "pure muslims" of Waziristan doing by beheading innocent people, blowing up girls schools, suicide bombing bus stands etc.?

Are girls schools pawns of the Americans? Are bus stands pawns of the Americans? Are CD shops pawns of the Americans? Are headless corpses pawns of the Americans?

Re: Fighters ‘snatch Pakistan troops’ (merged)

The BBC interviewed the terrorists holding the troops last week.. One of them said the most interesting thing…

He said they usually behead people because its the most humane way of killing people…
Beheading allowed the easiest and quickest escape for the soul, as the soul has to escape through the mouth (doing away with the head all together means the spirit can easily escape through the gapping hole where the head once was…) !

Hanging someone on the other hand would be cruel because the spirit would have to struggle to escape the body through the mouth!

So these are the sort of people we are dealing with..

Re: Fighters ‘snatch Pakistan troops’ (merged)

The video of thes soldiers surrendering without firing a shot is here Asia Times Online :: Video

It shows negotiations going on, soldiers offering Namaz and them surrendering en-masse in a file and then walking away. The road does not appear to be blocked by falling rocks or something as was reported. They may have stopped for prayers or for some others reason. The soldiers appear to be lightly armed with rifles, etc and traveling in trucks. The number of Taliban visible in the video seem to be less than the number of soldiers.

you idiot akko…

these are FC soldiers meaning local recruits.. so yes their is a possibility that some of them may have sympathy for taliban.. now wouldn’t indian army sikhs have sympathy for khalistan fighters??

Re: Fighters 'snatch Pakistan troops' (merged)

Pak soldiers surrendering to militants is shameful but that was last year - why is that being raked up all over again?
