lussi: LOL! I don’t think the face gets “white” That’s a misconception i think a lot of darker skinned gals have…that if they use this magic cream, their face will suddenly go from dark brown>>>>light…i think the girls who use it (and perhaps the only ones who shud use it) are those who have naturally fair or light skin but for ex) have a tan and want all the skin to be the same colour after the summer ends…in which case u shud use it not only on ur face, but also on ur neck, hands (and any other sun-exposed areas)…maybe for those girls, it helps get them back to their natural colour…wot is ridiculous to me is a naturally brown skinned girl who thinks that by applying a fairness cream, she will become a fair skinned girl…it just won’t happen…wotever colour u r, stick to it i say and help maintain that colour and keep ur skin glowing and healthy…that’s the best thing i think
Haven’t u guys noticed that mostly everyone’s neck is slighty darker than the face? I dunno, but i think faces r usually a little bit more lighter bcos we tend to cleanse/scrub/massage away at them more…hence, all the dead skin cells r gone and newer, fresher skin emerges in ur natural colour…i dunno, but i think a lot of ppl’s necks and arms etc, are a bit darker than their faces cos of this.
Yes that’s rite except for, not EVERY girl…some…there’s nothing wrong with trying something jeez! And no, if ur referring to me, i specifically mentioned that i don’t need to be more fair…i tried it to see if it would lighten some scars…as usual u don’t read properly and twist words to mock for no reason at all
If you already have fair skin, you can go for these creams just to maintain your complexion but i think these creams cant light your tan complexion....
dope, i think i've seen that commerical and another one like it in which a girl is trying to get the attention of some guy, who of course only notices her once she uses the cream. they're both ridiculous. i've never understood why our culture portrays dark skin as though it's something negative.
