Feroz Khan in Pakistan

Re: Feroz Khan in Pakistan

I like the fact that Shah rukh teaches his kids about both religions and gives respect for his wife’s religion. It shows that he really loves his wife since when you really really love someone you would never force them to convert to your religion. It’s interesting how they’ve kept their marriage going for so long. There’s obviously a lot of respect given from both sides.

Re: Feroz Khan in Pakistan

In Islam, he’s not really married then is he, since marriage is not valid between a Hindu and a Muslim. Therefore, this person is not his wife, rather someone he’s fornicating with.

Re: Feroz Khan in Pakistan

Mayb He was 2 weak 2 change his wife’s views abot Religion, But She’s strong, the way she’s stringing him along. He’s in b/w … a lost case… and sufering frm Religious personality disorder. The poor guy doesnt even knw wt he is anymore…

Excellent article by Tarar. lolz I luvd the way he so massacred the bad name of so-called wanabe drunken confused elite class of Pakistan. he showd no mercy wtsoever… lolz hope these Indians take a hint and take a hike…

You cant be half muslim and half hindu, religion is not a yoke or something. And about force, yes u cant force someone to convert to islam, but if u are married ur wife must convert to islam, otherwise he is no muslim.

Exactly ! he's a real poor case

Re: Feroz Khan in Pakistan

I never liked Shah Rukh Khan- no muslim would worship Hindu gods and say mantras. He also sports Tilak etc. In an interview he said that he follows both religions (Hinduism and Islam) and thinks that has helped him.
I think someone need to tell Mr. Feroze Khan or any Indian muslim who feels he's better in India that we're much better in respecting our minorities and living peacfully with them. Shias, mohajirs, Ahmedis, Ismailies, and Christians enjoy living peacefully without having to be afraid of the majority (like it happens in India). Sunni Barelvi Islam is our guide but we also respect others who dont follow it.

^ oh really.:cb:

Re: Feroz Khan in Pakistan

:omg:

Just heard on GEO that Feroz Khan has been black listed. Good for him

Re: Feroz Khan in Pakistan

Yeah, good for Musharraf. He blacklisted Mr. Khan for good! :cb:

He should stay in India if he’s incapable of respecting non-Indians.

Feroze Khan banned from entering Pakistan
Thursday, 18 May , 2006, 17:07

Karachi: Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf has banned veteran Bollywood actor Feroze Khan from entering Pakistan after his reported remarks highlighting comfort levels of Muslims in India in comparison to that in Pakistan triggered a nationwide controversy.

The Pakistan President took the decision following a report submitted by the intelligence agencies.

“Feroze Khan has been banned from entering Pakistan in future. The Presidents decision has been communicated to the Pakistan High Commission in New Delhi,” a private television reported quoting sources in the Presidency.

Interior ministry and Foreign office have also been directed accordingly, ARY channel said quoting sources.

“The President House has taken serious notice of his remarks which were widely covered in the Indian and Pakistani media and directed the concerned authorities to blacklist him and impose ban on his next entry into Pakistan,” it said.

The Pakistan Foreign Office would also inform the High Commissioner in New Delhi not to issue visa to the 67-year-old actor in future, it said.

Feroze Khan’s reported remarks during the premiere of his brother Akbar Khans film Taj Mahal in Lahore last month set off a heated verbal exchange between him and a local compere.

“I am a proud Indian. India is a secular country. Muslims there are making lot of progress. Our President is a Muslim, Prime Minister a Sikh. Pakistan was made in the name of Islam but look how the Muslims are killing each other. I have not come here on my own. I was invited to come. Our films are so powerful that your government could not stop them for long,” he was quoted as saying by a Pakistani daily last month.

About his brothers remarks, Akbar Khan on Monday said Feroze Khan “did not mean what he said”.

“My brother did not mean what he said. It was merely a slip of tongue. We are very upset on the comment made by BJP Vice President Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi in which he has called my brother a true nationalist. He is treating my brother in a wrong light,” he said.

Re: Feroz Khan in Pakistan

Good riddance!

But I did laughed out loud upon reading "Pakistan President took the decision following a report submitted by the intelligence agencies". I suppose reading Mustansar Hasan Tarar's comment is now part of intelligence activity. No wonder our intelligence agencies can't stop suicide bombings in Karachi, cz their time is well-spent submitting reports to the President about whats being openly published in the Pak newspapers. Sheesh!

Re: Feroz Khan in Pakistan

Faisal, there were hundreds of people attending the show and obviously some complaints would have been lodged as well. I am glad that the issue was taken seriously and the correct decision was made in the end, it's a thappar on that clown nationalist's face:)

Re: Feroz Khan in Pakistan

All I'd say is, one less drunk moron to worry about.

Re: Feroz Khan in Pakistan

First mistake was made in allowing him to get drunk. How could they allow a muslim to get drunk in Pakistan? They should make law to ban everyone from drinking including foriegners who visit Pakistan.. Foriegners bring liquor from outside..

Re: Feroz Khan in Pakistan

"Hindus kill muslims in India... " tat sounds natural to the hindu mentality..
but muslims killing muslims.. is even worse.. and tats regrettably true fact he said about our country..

Re: Feroz Khan in Pakistan

How can a nation ban his own president from drinking :rotfl:

Re: Feroz Khan in Pakistan

Guys, honestly, what Mr. Feroz Khan had said about Pakistanis killing each other, was it really not the truth? I think it was. I'm a Pakistani, though I now live in Chicago, I hear all of these storeis about sunnis and shias killing each other, Mahajir and Pathan, and all other ehtnicities that don't get along toghter. Lets be brave enough to accept the reality. Yes, muslims are not safe in India either but all the friends that I have who are from India, they don't have any problems. In fact, they're proud to be from India, which by the way is the fifith biggest econoomy in the world. They've done so much for their county but what about us, what have we done? I'm not denying all the achievments that has been made in Pakistan but don't you think they should've been done long time ago. I honestly don't think anybody is truely sincere to Pakistan, including the army. Yes, I dont' believe the army has been too faithful with Pakistan either because if they were, we'd not have had possible army take over during the first three years of Pakistan. I have nothing against anyone but as a true MUSLIM, lets be brave and accept our own flaws frist. We cannot even control the existing Pakistan and we're fighting for Kashmir? I mean just look what happened when they had the strike because of those cartoons published in Denmark? Our own people started to destroy the country, put shops and vehciles on fire, and all other damage done to places. They had strikes all over the world but no nation acted in way that we did. And, please don't blame the RAW and other outsiders because blaming others does not solve the problmes. I'm a muslim before anything else and as a muslim and, I believe in justice, equality, and truth and the truth is that we are wrong. We need a major change in our system, in our people, and in our leaders. Please don't take me wrong when I said the negatives about our army. I was being honest. I have nothing against any ethnicity or sects of Islam. In fact, I'm very thank full to our President Mr. Pervez Musharaf and the Prime Minister Mr. Shaukat for finally doing so much for Pakistan that we Pakistani in foreign countries now have our own identity as Pakistani. I clearly remember the days when kids at school would call me an Indian and when I told them that no I was from Pakistan, they'd say " Oh same thing".... but now everybody knows Pakistan and Pakistanis, thanks to our President. I honestly Salute you Sir.

Re: Feroz Khan in Pakistan

So we get to see the real side of these Indian actors/actresses/movies. These smelly Indians are inherently insecure they have to get boozed up to talk their crap to us. They have no respect and manners as to how to be guests either! He’s not even a Muslim as he married a Hindu (which is not allowed under any circumstances in our way of life) so what do u expect from a guy who turned away from the religion of his forefathers. In India, if your a Muslim, the only way you can progress is if you emphasize your Indianess by putting on red dots on your heads, wearing sari’s, folding your hands to greet & meet fellow Muslims with ‘Namaste’ , by marrying into Hindus or by renouncing your faith like the so called Indian Muslim president who by the way is a openly proclaimed ‘Atheist’ if you ever read his autobiography! We should stop glamourising these Indian movies and shift our focus on other countries(hollywood, middle east, turkey, Iran, China etc..) and rent and encourage our own movies. We are a much more handsome race with better features and if anything they should be watching our films(they have a huge market)
Let this be a lesson to all those Pakistani who have a ‘soft spot’ for Indian movies, or maybe you need more before you fully realize but by then it will be too late!:smilestar:

Re: Feroz Khan in Pakistan

Hopefuly Now Pak shud also imose the ban on stupid mediocre Indian movies..... seriously

Re: Feroz Khan in Pakistan

All Khans celebrate Diwali, dont have a beard, never been to hajj, cheer for Indian cricket team- hence they are not muslims
