Femininity refers to qualities that society has attributed to the female gender. I think the changing of times has allowed for more flexibility in the perception of femininity. These qualities can vary depending upon culture/society.

I wanna know the latest or modern definition of femininity and that I can't find it in any dictionary but only by knowing other people's perception.

When women like Grace Kelly, Marilyn Monore, Madhubala, etc etc decades after their death are still fondly hailed as your ultimate icons of femininity, you know the classical definition hasn't changed much. Its just society today is more acceptable of your typical 'vanilla girls to tough ass chicks to all in your face sultry divas.
