In South Asian countries, its not very hard to produce big bank statements, assets, make fake grades and certificates…you just have to know the right people and pay for the service. The amount of corruption and lawlessness exit in that part of the world, it shouldn’t be difficult to get your head around this idea. Most of the students applying for third class colleges or ghost colleges come through agents who charge em huge amount for all that dodging.
