Darling - it is about international students - who have less chances/ means of earning the living

UnLike British national students , being new in this country - having language barrier , they have less chances of securing a decent job even upon completion of studies / less chances of getting student loans / less preference on odd jobs ( like working at tesco/petrol stations ).

your scenario surely doesn’t apply here:)
