openness is one thing, we're speaking of acceptance. we're speaking of promoting as fashionable. you wouldnt see anyone harp on western media if the message was that homosexuality exists and it is unacceptable from a Muslim perspective would you.
and no, i didnt stereotype the west, nor did i make any claim about the actual state of homosexuality in the west, except that there is greater prevalence and acceptability, which Im sure anybody would agree with. the reason I spoke of it being a pathan stereotype is that it is one, a lot of pathan jokes are on homosexuality. i've lived in nwfp for about 4 years, and have tons of pathan friends, so please live a little in pakistan before you start talking about it.

^ It is NOT specific to NWFP...it happens in Punjab and other provinces as well..again those regions live in literal vacuums ..they are extremely poor and are dominated by tribal/feudal customs..

Not like females, females have different tendencies then men. They know how to 'Kiss a female'. With Men might be in their early age over here or there something might happen or had happen but its mostly result of new, raging and un-tested harmones.

I never said that this is descriptive of the majority of Pakistani females. I just said that it does happen, and its happened in even eastern civilizations. Nothing about the frequency of the occurrence have I mentioned. Thanks.
