You show a poor undersatnding of Islam. The Quran is not a rule book, it is a revelation at a certain time and place, there are modern problems and contexts that must be intepreted through the book. One of these contexts was spreading Islam outside the Arabian peninsula what should be done when Muslims are a minority and marrying outside their faith, who will their daughters marry, except for Malikis, many saw it as a problem when their own daughters (ie Umar bin al Khattab in his conquest of Syria) weren’t getting married. The four founders of the Madhabs came three generations after the prophet, because that’s how QUICKLY society changes.
