Is it possible that this woman had adrenaline rush after para gliding and could not think straight at that time kinda like temporary insanity. It does happen to human beings after going through some dangerous activity.

and what about before experiencing this ’ dangerous activity ’ when she was sitting in Xavier’s lap with a big grin?

Why exagerate? I don’t see her sitting in/on his lap. I see her sitting in front of him, the distance maybe inappropriate but expected and accepted in this kind of acitvity (I am talking about the sport ).

If you have wrong intentions(meaning you want to befriend that person,like gulcharray urraana) even if you are just looking at a na mehram person then you are doing more gunaah then when you are hugging someone just to thank someone...

And the argument about her tight clothing is absurd, It would be almost impossible to do para-gliding in these clothes.

As I said Allah judge us according to our actions and not niyyahs....so whatever the Niyyah was, the action was totally against Allah and His Messenger's(SAW) teachings.

Ok ,so you are saying that Muslim women do not hug another man...point well taken...but should we call her immoral only based on that act ,no we should not.May be she just hugged him as she wanted to thank him,besides she came down after the life lasting experience of paragliding.

No1. : Pakistan is FATWA country. Turn a corner and you find a FATWA just like you find public defecation and urination and trash heaps. Who cares?
No2. They are issuing fatwa against a person who is part of a government that cares squat about such things?!! WTH!
