This is very visionary of him. All he is saying that in about 30 years, this is how the son will look like. He is making it easy for you to make the decision.

Although maybe potential fil is showing that he’s cool and with the times. Who doesn’t take selfies nowadays… or maybe that’s how he intros himself to all potential daughter in laws.
That’s all I got in his defense. Maybe that would raise a tiny red flag in my mind.

Lol no but I had a rishta a while back (I posted about it on here) where the dad was emailing me everyday. Not the boy's sister, or the mom, or even the boy himself--but his dad.

Aside from the fact that it was the guy’s dad doing it, emailing everyday is quite strange. Basically trying to convince me that his son needed nudging from me to realize that I was actually his soulmate. And he started signing off the emails as, “____'s dad – hope to be yours soon too”. The content of the letters initially wasn’t super creepy but then he started giving me love advice and I felt like I was talking to someone that was trying to be my friend and not the father of a potential…it was odd. The weirdest part was that he would tell me to keep the fact that he was emailing me a secret from his son and his family. And I never really heard from them…it was all just him.

This sounds sorta sad. Poor father probably just felt you were the right person for his son, and his son wasn’t seeing it.
Either way, I think that’s crossing a comfort boundary.
I told off this guy’s dad now for a second time. He decided to send an Eid Mubarak email to me as well as about 7 other girls, that I’m assuming he’s in communication with for his son.
My full name is on that email. I was so offended, I’m like great, now other girls can see that I’ve applied for the “job” too.

If it makes you feel any better my pakistani friend of 9 yrs didn't reply to my Eid message either :( and I was looking on GS for a rishta for her as well.. which she was ok with.
