I added ‘illitrate’ with poor too! and taking a child to edhi center is not even that easy. You can take any decision according to how you think and how you have learnt to be literate n wise but he’d do according to how he thought and his poor illitrate mind couldnt think more than that and he took it as the better solution. Who was responsible? Government.. Why it was? Because it made him think that way!!!
