Jaahil Log. He will for sure taste the Wrath of Allah Almighty. He did the very same which The Holy Prophet SAW came and eradicated. So Him exactly the same, the discomfort and unhappniness of the Prophet SAW is unimaginable. And for that He will be punished.
No matter what his excuse is ..The child is still the created of Almighty Allah and to destroy a gift is going against Allah.

Question to anyone who’s familiar with hospitals in Pakistan: Is it “normal” for hospital’s to allow father’s to leave with newborns within a day or two while the mother is still a patient?
In my opinion that doctor should also be held responsible for this! Father asked the doctor to “dispose” of the baby…doctor snubbed him BUT didn’t think he should alert the mother or the hospital staff of the father’s intentions!!! The doctor didn’t think to let the nurses know that the father should NOT be allowed to be alone with the newborn…let alone take the baby outside the hospital?! 
And the residents…:hinna: Its truly amazing that they didn’t think they should do anything other that wait for the police while they were witnessing the murder of a newborn.

NO - sometimes they allow the mother to stay in the hospital if the newborn is required to be under observation due to any complication BUT it is not allowed to take the baby outside the hospital without the patient. If the patient is in critical condition then the situation can be different but even in that case it shouldn’t be allowed.
