^^ solar i think a positive body image comes thru healthy eating and exercise only …not starvation. incorporate healthy foods in your diet but dont deprive yourself completely of the “good stuff” its ok to have foods u luv once in a while.
as far as obsession to be thin goes…blame the media for it for setting paradigms of beauty as wafer thin models. u need to realize that most women have bodies that will never look like that no matter what because of their bone structure or the way the body is proportioned. know your own body and make the best of what u r born with. not only that but in some cases being too thin is a turn off.

It’s amazing what women do to each other and themselves. . . sigh
