i get these feelings whenever i have tummy full of chocolate.... i kno one time won't do much.. but i feel so bloated after that... keeps worrying if i would really put on weight for this once... khayr... i just don't eat chocolate for next whole week... i kno it wont do much.. but atleast i m satisfied with it.
I actually have 'feeling fat day' clothes.
That i specifically wear on days i feel fat.
think its quite normal though, the scales dont show any difference but most commonly its related to being bloated once a month.
and the body feels big and fat.
You have feeling fat day clothes? Wow. Do they make you look good by making you look skinnier or are they just oversized stuff?
That's an amazing concept. I should go shopping for feeling fat day clothes
The only thing incorrect about it is that the “many” can be replaced with “some”.
Otherwise what’s so unbelievable about girls having a sense of self-worth and caring about how healthy they are? Foreign concept for a desi guy to grasp, I know…but c’mon dope, wouldn’t have expected this from you.
Barfee,
I make me sick sometimes
My obsession with being thin
But really, what the hell am i supposed to do to change that?
I like how i look when the scale shows a certain number.
I like how my clothes fit
I like how it makes me feel.
And it doesn't have to do with any guy
I think it may have to do with my parents more than anything
but right now, i have no idea how to change it.
Maybe that's a different thread
"how do girls stop from obsessing over weight"
Anywho, you sound like you got your head on straight. Good for you :)
I'll get there one day InshaAllah
SD, I do go running during the week. Right now, i just don't want to because i have no motivation to get up. Feeling fat is horrible for your self esteem. And you know what, low fat sour cream is nowhere near as good as regular sour cream :(
I wish I could make healthier choices. I feel i'd rather eat sparingly for a while and pig out later than eat the healthy stuff. And, yes i know that's horrible. I got food issues :(
^^ solar i think a positive body image comes thru healthy eating and exercise only ...not starvation. incorporate healthy foods in your diet but dont deprive yourself completely of the "good stuff" its ok to have foods u luv once in a while.
as far as obsession to be thin goes....blame the media for it for setting paradigms of beauty as wafer thin models. u need to realize that most women have bodies that will never look like that no matter what because of their bone structure or the way the body is proportioned. know your own body and make the best of what u r born with. not only that but in some cases being too thin is a turn off.
