Sar kho-e buland faryaad kardam
Khudara wa Rasuulallah pbuh ra yaad kardam

Ya Rasuulallah! dard-e man (dardam) dawa kon…
Man najuur-am, mar-ra peesh-e Khuda kon…

On a high mountain top, I cried out
I remembered (reached out) for God and His Prophet Muhammed…pbuh
**Oh Rasuulallah! Please lessen my pain/worries **
(take them away).
I am troubled, please speak of my worries to God so that He may help me… (direct translation..take me to God).

Pathani, I am not that good in Farsi but whatever I know I did understand.. Thanks for posting. Can you also provide the translation for many others who may not know farsi?

Does it translate into as follows?

Lose your head
Pray highly to Allah
Remember Khuda, the Rasuullallah
Rasuullallah takes away your pains
When you pray to him.

If you do not know the language, please do not try...

I did not put my translation because i was not sure at couple of places and did not want to put a wrong translation of such a thing...

by the way, atleast for the first line, I can tell you it means

Raising head up high, I supplicate (beg)

Pathani Ji, aap respected and revered Sir Sahib Ji k liyay kyon nahin translate kar rehay hain? Hamaari to translation galt hai, uno nay mehrbaani kar k batta diya hai.

Waisy try krna koi jurm nahi. Shyr hi tu hain koi Hades ya Ayat nahi:)
Dosri line I guess I know pthani will correct this:)

Tesri line ka trjuma yeh hoga m sure,
Ya Rasullulah mery dard ki dwa kijiy
Akhri ka shaid;I hope I am not much wrong here,
Main jab Allah ky samny pysh hon tu mujhy akyla mat choriy ga

Yes But Dardy man ka matlab hy mery dard ki or Dwa kun /*dwa kijiy*

English main kuch Isaiyat ky naziriy sy qareeb ho gay Kpra sahib.I think woh aysa kehty hain na shaid:)

such a thing where such things are discussed, if you try without having complete knowledge of things, you can end up with something that can be sinful out of IGNORANCE - a known ignorance for that matter......

Btw, the reason behind posting it....I recall it my father reciting it, so I thought to share since its been ages I posted at Poetry section. ;-)

Èy-jân khabarat hast ke jânân-e tô kîst?
V-èy del khabarat hast ke mehmân-e tô kîst?
Èy tan ke be-har hîleh rahî mîjô’îe,
Ôu mîkeshad-át bebîn ke jôyân-e tô kîst

Èy-jân = O’thou! Soul!
Khabar-át Hast = Are you aware? do you know?
Ke = Which, that
Jânân = The Beloved
Tô = You
Kîst = Who is he?
V-èy = “Va Èy”, and O’thou!
Del = Heart
Mehmân = Guest
Èy tan = O! body!, it refers to the phisical body
Be-har =Any
Hîleh = Deceive
Rah = Way
Mîjô’îe = You seek
Ôu = He/she
Mîkeshad-át = He draws you
Bebîn = See
Jôyân = One who seeks

Soul, do you know who loves you?
Heart, do you know whose guest are you?
Body, you go after the deceptive ways.
See, he who seeks you attracts you.
