If server is down for some reason and you have to updated/enter the team before the start of the game, post it IN THIS THREAD. If your timestamp proved to be within the time limit, we will enter your team once server comes back up.

If you have previously played FC, you dont need to register and you can use your old USERNAME/PASSWORD.
PARTICIPATION/GAME RULES
Each Participant will have to pick 11 players (no restriction of country)
Each team must have at least 2 batsman, at least 2 bowlers, 1 all rounder and 1 Wicket keeper
You must select one player as your trump player.
You can select teams for future games in advance and can change the team up to 1 hour before the start of the game.
In case of tie winner will be the person who posted his team first. Posting date will be the date when you last changed your team.
Decision made by moderator/organizer will be final.
Scores and user rankings will be updated after the end of each day’s play
In case of injury, no one will be allowed to replace the player during the match.
You have to enter teams for each game indivisually. Team WILL NOT BE AUTOMATICALLY COPIED FORWARD for future games
BASIC POINTS SYSTEM
Each run scored by a player will fetch 1 point.
Each wicket taken by a player will fetch 20 points in ODI and 30 points in TEST.
Each catch taken by a player (including keeper) will fetch 5 points.
Each stumping done by a player will fetch 15 points.
Each Run out by a player will fetch him 5 points (multiple players will get 5 points each)
Each point scored by your trump player will be doubled.
BONUS POINTS SYSTEM
Batsmen can earn 25 bonus points for each 100 runs scored (25 points for 100-199, 50 points for 200-299…)
Bowlers can earn 30 bonus points for each 5 wickets haul
Keeper can earn 20 bonus points for dismissing 5 or more players (catch + stumps)
Players can earn 50 bonus points for getting Man of the match award.
There are no bonus points for man of the series
**Administrators:
All of the following guppies have access to administration module and they are responsible for updating socres/points. If you have any concern about the points/scores, please contact anyone of these guppies
Anyone else who want to help in updating scores/points in FANTASY LEAGUE, please PM me. Before the start of first game, we will assign at least 2-3 admins per groups to divide the workload.

Can I suggest for one or more lowest scores to be dropped in the end from the total? So those who miss posting their teams for one game at least have one chance to compensate for it. There are just too many matches to keep up with, and people like myself have stuff to do usually. :p
^^ as a guppy I would suggest regarding above opinion that it would be unfair to guppies who make every effort to keep up with all the matches( fill in the team)
P.S; eat more badaam and ppl like me also have loads of stuff to do Miss busy
^ On contrary, this is unfair to us poor souls as you administrators are obliged to keep up with it, and we have to make every attempt by earnestly taking time out from our obligations in order to post the teams. And Let our side of story be heard, you don’t get to be both administator and a regular participant so don’t play pretend.
I want some spirit of the game. If I see resistance for us participants, I’ll consult Inzi and Co. and file an appeal against discrimination.
I dont like the idea of having to change your team after every match.
There should be 11 players in the team and thats it... you pick 11 players that you think would do well in the worldcup... and whoever ends up with most points at the end, wins...
The aim is to pick the best players for the worldcup... you guys are treating it almost like a separate fantasy game for each match with a totally new team selection every time. Just seems like a lot of work and a bit hard for people to follow, as u could just get busy and miss one lousy game and ur pretty much out of the game.
There should be just 11 players and maybe some provision to change if some player gets seriously injured and gets ruled out of worldcup.. other than that, it should be the old fashioned way.... theres more skill involved in predicting whos gona play more matches for the country and who as a team is gona play more matches as a country and who are players prone to injuries, might get dropped etc.

I know its too late and nothing will be changed because 1 person is having a whinge, but really, think about it... selecting separate teams every match seems like a total waste of time, and quite frankly, is simply too hard for some people who have busy lives.
