rice and eggplant bhurta
pretty much rice and everything non ricey at a party. saves me all the trouble of trying to balance my plate on two knees, watching that my drinking cup doesn’t get run over by a little kid who is not listening to his mama and running around.

^ I agree that is damn tricky when you have nowhere to sit. I sat on the carpet today, and was thus able to handle the naan somewhat. Some ladies were daboing the naan in the nihari and eating it with a spoon.

i dont find it much of a hassle since im eating the briiyani drenched in nihari with a fork ofcourse… Before anyoine hates on briyani nihari combo, i suggest u try it first :snooty:
