Fall of Ahmadiyya Community

Re: Fall of Ahmadiyya Community

“Belief” has a profound role in religion. It defines one’s faith and how one follows it.

Interesting to know that how some Muslims believe that Imam Mahdi will be as a “Mujaddid”. Whether this prophecy is true or not, that’s beside the point. What we read in Quran is quite thought provoking. Allah has set the guidelines in Quran for who to believe in. This includes “The Allah”, “The Angles”, “The Books” and the “The Prophets”. In this list among humans only the Prophets are the one to be believed in.

Now if Imam Mahdi is going to a an ordinary man, not appointed by Allah, elected by general elections or anything elese beside a Prophet – then its absolutely not mandatory to believe in him. (contrary to what Holy Prophet (sa) had said, if you find him go and say my Salam to him, even if you have to crawl on your knees.

Thats my belief.

PS1: Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, first claimed as a Mujaddid then after getting revelation from Allah, proclaimed as a Prophet. On the other hand its been reported in ahadiths that there will be Mujaddids at the head of every century, how come they stopped after 13th?
