In 5th August 2012 press conference Senator Faisal Raza Abidi demanded the resignation of Chief Justice of Pakistan due to unfair decision against People’s Party. He exposed various wrong and unfair decisions of Chief Justice with proof.

Sardar Ishaq had raised questions about JIT contituted by the NAB. Faisal Memon, one of the investigation officer of the JIT, had previously worked as a protocol officer of Malik Riaz and still continues to be in touch with his previous employer.

The task of investigation was given to the government. It was AG's decision to let NAB do the job. NAB constituted a joint investigation team. And now it has surfaced that one of the JIT officers is a former Bahria Town employee. A CCTV footage was presented before the bench in this regard. The SC wants the government to get the matter probed the way it wants. Impartiality is however a condition.

I know strange, but I think it was because Arsalan had shown reservations on JIT, he felt they were biased, because of this SP guy who had close connection with MR. I think they are planning on forming a new investigation team.

You are confusing PPP with the government. Though the CJ has been actively pursuing cases ranging from missing persons to public-interest litigation, but the government has definitely suffered the most at the hands of the SC. But it has more to do with government's own confrontationist and egoistic approach than anything else. I believe if tomorrow IK or Sharif come to power, they will face the same fate.

He seems to be off the radar, as per Zardari's orders.
Faisal Raza was just on ARY, with Waseem Badami. I must say I admire some aspects of his guy, as annoying and corrupt as he may be. He is straightforward, and at times, brutally honest.
According to him, theres no rule regarding including or excluding someone from the core committee of PPP, so technically, neither is he in, nor out, which makes sense.
However, Raja Pervez Ashraf made a statement saying that he doesnt agree with the view point of Faisal Raza (regarding the CJ). In response, Faisal Raza said that if Raja Pervez doesnt take back his statement within an hour, I will 'open up all his secrets'. Unwittingly, he acknowledged the fact that Raja Pervez has a lot of skeletons in his closet.
