i heard on the news that he has been expelled from the PPP core committee and that he has been barred from entering "Haiwaan-e-Sadar"! :) does it make him a insaan? ;)

He can not do it by his own, of course he has backing of PPP/Zardari. Drama of expelling from PPP is also in the script perhaps.
and on other side its VERY SHAMEFUL the way SC ordered stay on Arsalan's investigation just because ARsalan has objected to couple of people in the team. Govt in the past has objected on few officers in NLC and other cases but SC never even listened to it let alone giving stay
additionally, what does the rules say? can someone open private company office at official residence (paid by Govt)? This seems to be code of Abdi's allegations but I am not sure about the rules.
and finally, no mater what we say, no matter what he did lately, ground reality is that Iftekhar Chaudhry took oath on PCO. This will keep on surfacing again and again and no matter what. He stood against Musharraf, well and GOOD but he committed treason and should have been prosecuted once "Aadalia became aazad" or at least should have resigned
oh and I am really sick and tired of Judges's "phabtiaan" (tafreeh remarks). Justices all around the world speak by their judgement and not by their jugat baaazi. Judges think they can do jugat bazi but expect other to remain quiet warna tauheen-e-aadalat-

**SC moved to check mental health of senator Abidi
**
ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court was moved on Wednesday to constitute a medical board comprising psychologist and psychiatrists to examine the mental health of PPP Senator Faisal Raza Abidi.
Dr Aslam Khaki advocate filed a Civil Miscellaneous Application (CMA) in a petition already filed … stating that the bare reading of the press conference by Abidi reveals that it is not the case for initiating contempt proceedings rather it is a fit case for the constitution of a medical board of psychiatrists to examine the mental state of Abidi.
The state and all his organs including the judiciary are bound to look after the welfare of the citizens of Pakistan and care for his physical, mental and moral health instead of directly going to punish its citizens and that too who are physically or mentally ill,” Khaki said.
